Weather Forecast

Showery outbreaks of heavy rain over the eastern will clear from the west to brighter conditions with heavy thundery showers by afternoon. Mild fresh and gusty southwesterly breezes. Highs 9c – 13c. Continuing showery overnight with some prolonged falls locally.  Lows 6c to 9c. Sunny spells and showers on Monday with some heavy showers about in the south and west. Fresh southwesterly winds. Highs 7c – 11. Apart from a few showers in the south and west, Tuesday will be dry with sunny spells, although heavy rain will reach the southwest by evening. Light southeasterly breezes will freshen later. Highs 6c – 9c. After a wet night, Wednesday will turn drier by afternoon with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers. After a dry start, rain will cross the country from the west on Thursday. It will turn colder after that for the rest of the week. Unsettled and showery at times on Friday and over the weekend.
